DTF Artwork Setup

Under Pressure Transfers · File Guidelines
No transparent pixels allowed.
Any opacity below 100% (glows, shadows, soft edges) causes weak colour, broken white ink, and poor adhesion.

Why Transparency Cannot Be Used for DTF

DTF printing requires solid artwork so the printer can lay down strong colour ink and a full white underbase.
Adhesive powder sticks only where ink exists.
Transparent or semi-transparent pixels = no colour → no white ink → no adhesive.

Good news — we check for transparency for FREE.

Our Gang Sheet Builder automatically scans your artwork for any transparent pixels, fades, or soft edges before you place your order.

If your file has transparency, the app will warn you instantly so you can fix it before checkout.
